Here is the step to do this

In this example, we will transpose data in cell B2 - F2 (same Row), to H3 - H7 (same coloumn) :
1. Click H3, and type the function =transpose(B2:B7)
2. Click Enter
3. Block H3 - H7, and Press F2
4. Press SHIFT + CTRL + ENTER

You finished transpose your data.
