There are 3 main function related to rounding function : Round, Roundup and Rounddown function.
General formula form is:

=ROUND(Value,Digits Number)

1. ROUND Function
This function is used to rounding value in general mode. If you have a value behind digits number you have specified less than 5, than it will be Round down, and If you have a value behind digits number you have specified equal or more than 5, than it will be Round Up.

2. ROUNDUP Function
In this function, every value behind digits number you have specified will be roundup

3. ROUNDDOWN Function
In this function, every value behind digits number you have specified will be round down
